A change in venue
Well Voodoo Walrus has bailed on Comic Genesis to settle down on the far more stable Drunken Duck web comic community.
We just couldn't handle the server screw ups at Comic Genesis any longer. So the entire VW archive has been moved.

Voodoo Walrus Episode 10 - Grymm Ramblings
A good Wednesday to all. If you're reading this then the alien invasion has been kept at bay once again and the High Imperial Overlord still does not rule over us all with an iron fist...
But more to the point, a new day, a new VW episode. Mmmyep. The Ferretman's and random fillers are over and its time to get on with a new chapter in the on-going story of Grymm, CreepKnight, and Bowler.

Villemous Verbosity: Can I Get a Huzzah!!!
Hip hip, Huzzah!!!
With the first story line finished (in the sense that there is no more neccesary exposition for the moment and we get to delve into things better left undelved), we now show you the brain child of Grymm and CreepKnight: Ferretman! (Best if said with multiple repetitious echoes following the "man" part). I want to ensure you, the reader, that the comic itself is not on any kind of hiatus whatsoever. It's just that we have so many bloody ideas floating around that it would be a shame not to share them with you, regardless of how silly or inane they might seem. So, yeah.
Also, I'm not wearing any pants. It's a good thing.
BACK TO WRITING!

Villemous Verbosity, Part One
Greetings Loyal Readers (whoever you might be),
Tis I, Villemous Q. CreepKnight, writer of Voodoo Walrus and taster of waffles extraordinaire. I'm sure many of you are under the impression that I am merely a myth, due to my lack of communication on both the website and here in the LJ. Well... fools you be to think so. I am real, I am here, and I am not going anywhere! Bwahahahahahahahahahahahahahahaha!!!
This message brought to you by Sleep Deprivation, bastard cousin of the Caffeine High.
Regardless of which, we have some exciting things coming up in Voodoo Walrus. As my good friend Grymm has already stated, the introductory story has reached its conclusion, and with the majority of requisite exposition out of the way, we move into what I do best; making fun of the French! No, not really... but you'd be amazed.
But we do have many exciting things in store: floating pygmy cows, manequins with personality, couches of unearthly... couchiness, and flame retardent clothing! Excited? You bet you are! So stay tuned, for the best is yet to come!!!

Voodoo Walrus Episode 9- Grymm Ramblings
New week, new strip.
-Once more Grymm and CreepKnight are at square-1 whereas poor Bowler is virtually squareless.
-Grymm's an artist. He notices things like creative looking stains.
-We would explain exactly what Grymm and CreepKnight did to New Mexico... But it's classified.
-And thus the end of the opening story arc! Hope you enjoyed what amounts to a lengthy introduction to the world of Voodoo Walrus! Coming up shortly, a peek at what exactly it is Grymm and CreepKnight do for a living...

Voodoo Walrus Episode 8 - Grymm Ramblings
Huzzah! The first full week of the new three day updates! Fully successful save that extra day of wait time for Comic Genesis to fix their servers.
This was probably my favorite strip to draw so far if only because of the facial expressions. Those and the little old lady and the cat.
CreepKnight doesn't like the soup can. However I feel that the soup is totally secure in its identity. Its soup that knows what and who it is! Its soup that has life by the horns! Its soup that knows it wants and who to stab in the face to get it!
If the last panel confuses you just keep this in mind. Grymm's the Voodoo Walrus Productions artist. His entire existence revolves around caffeine and drawing, thus a long winded explanation is just gonna plain wipe out his stamina.

VW Episode 7 Up!
Looks like Comic Genesis got their update problems figured out so the new episode is up!

Voodoo Walrus Episode 7 Delayed
Sorry folks. The Apr 4th VW is delayed while Comic Genesis works out internal database problems or some such thing like that. In the meantime though, Grymm suggests browsing through the Platinum Grit comic archives
. Probably one of his favorite webcomics to date.
Or check out this youtube video which contains some words of wisdom.

Grymm Ramblings- Character Profile 3: Bowler, A Closer Look
A new month begins! To kick it off we round out the character profiles with Bowler! From here on its all normal strips til the end of this storyarc. Then we'll get a short peak at what it is Grymm and CreepKnight actually do for the mysterious Mr. Cyradwee.

Grymm Ramblings- Episode 6
And so the first month of Voodoo Walrus is at an end. Oddly enough six is how many episodes the previous VW comic ran before it fizzled out. Of course counting the profile updates there's really been eight updates of the new series though. Still, kinda odd.
-This would be the first comic I started trying to do more with various shades of black for contrast purposes.
-Yes, that's a washcloth wrapped around Grymm's goatee. Bowler had no towels small enough for him to properly wrap around it.
-I blame the appearance of a Yin-Yang table in Bowler's apartment on me listening to Fight Club while working on this episode.
Next week starts the brand new Monday-Wednesday-Friday update schedule just in time to close out this first little story arc! Current Mood: Congested

Grymm Ramblings- Episode 5
Episode 5: In Which We'll Discuss the Temptation of Eve and the Tastiness of Apples
And thus Bowler makes her first real appearance and the cast is pretty much set.
What's that you say? "Grymm, if CreepKnight is colorblind... how is he seeing red?" Well m'friend its when your colorblind friend starts seeing red that you have to figure somethin' is definitely wrong.
This is gonna be the last Tuesday update for the forseeable future. Since CreepKnight and I have actually managed to get ahead of ourselves and get something of a two week buffer of updates ready to go, we've decided to change the update schedule to Monday- Wednesday-Friday. That 50% more Walrus per week! Plus I just can't wait but so long for some of the strips coming up in the near future...
-Until the Inevitable Return

Ye Olde Firste Poste
Not much to say yet besides saying 'Go read the comic!"
Coming soon to this location will most likely by commentary on the comics since truth be told, I'm slightly unpleased running the ramblings right under the episodes themselves.
